Using the service

By accessing or creating an account on OSRS GE Watch, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law or another agreement that applies to you.

Market data and alerts

Prices, volumes, calculations, alerts, estimated fills, profits, recovery times, and confidence labels are informational estimates based on third-party and aggregated market data. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or impossible to execute at the displayed price or quantity.

OSRS GE Watch does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice and does not guarantee any in-game result. You are responsible for checking current market conditions and deciding whether to place an order.

Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Do not share, sell, automate access to, or impersonate another user account.
• Notify the service through the feedback form if you suspect unauthorized account use.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a service-side security failure.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attack, disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or bypass limits or security controls.
• Probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
• Submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.
• Use the service to compromise accounts, manipulate other users, or interfere with the Old School RuneScape economy or services.
• Reverse engineer or misuse private interfaces except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as a beta and may be modified, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued. Features and data-retention periods may change. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not promised.

Intellectual property and third parties

The OSRS GE Watch application and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Old School RuneScape, RuneScape, Jagex, item names, and related assets belong to their respective owners. OSRS GE Watch is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Jagex.

Third-party market data and services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the feedback form.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. OSRS GE Watch is not liable for lost in-game currency, missed trades, account actions, lost data, indirect damages, or losses caused by reliance on displayed information.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms are published means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date.
